Termite Inspection

We had preformed a termite inspection in Buford Georgia during the home inspection and had found the trim around the Jacuzzi tub in the second story master bedroom was wavy.  We gave it a poke and termites flew out with swarming intensity. 

Termite Inspections are to be performed at the time of the home inspection or performed as a separate service.   Richard Smith is a licensed pest control inspector and can supply the buyer with a termite "letter" at the time of the inspection.  He does not have any biased interest in the property nor in the future treatment of the structure.  This gives you a better disinterested evaluation of the property.

 The termite company that sponsored us and the over seer of the training is Trademark Pest Solutions.  My license is held with this company and records of clear letters are recorded with them.
