Termite Inspection

Termite Inspections are to be performed at the time of the home inspection.  Richard Smith is a licensed pest control inspector and can supply the buyer with a termite "letter" at the time of the inspection.  He does not have any biased interest in the property nor in the future treatment of the structure.  This gives you a better disinterested evaluation of the property.

The termite company that sponsored us and the over seer of the training is Trademark Pest Solutions.  My license is held with this company and records of clear letters are recorded with them.
