Appliance Recall Check:

Since 1974, American citizens have been protected from dangerous items in their homes by federal law.  Congress prescribed a system whereby if a manufacturer designs a dangerous product, they MUST recall all those items and FIX THEM FOR FREE!

Calibre Home Inspections will record the legible items and enter them into a large database that will cross check the serial number and model number with millions of items in a national database.

Since there are many thousands of items that have all different levels of recalls, this service will alert the client to the "fire safety," personal hazards, and functional defective issues found in their appliances.  The appliance recall check is a service provided at every inspection to determine the level of risk of a particular appliance or residential system within the house.  

The client will receive an evaluation of the likliehood of problem issues, follow up phone numbers, and a detail as to how the item is at risk.
